I had an amazing stay at the hotel, but there were some hiccups along the way. The beachfront and swimming pools are stunning, providing a perfect spot to unwind. However, I did experience some inefficiencies in service that detracted from the overall luxury feeling, especially when it came to room service and attention at the beach. Still, the staff was generally friendly, and when service was good, the experience was great.
